Great location. Breakfast is big and tasty. Big rooms good lights in the room. Great spa with a relaxation atmosphere. Nice and helpful stuff. Very fairly pricing. Will come back.... rooms are clean. Nice bath products.

Early in the season and with modernistion and improvements going on it took the edge of the stay.
The room was a poor standard.
The staff were mostly friendly, the breakfast good.
Spa is really worth a visit

Room Tip: balcony overlooking the lake

We stayed for 4 nights and didn't take advantage of the pool or spa facilities so can't comment on those. The restaurant and lounge areas are very nice and the rooms along the pool side have beautiful views of Lake Guarda and Sirmione looking back toward the Scaligero Castle. The rooms are adequate, typical small Europe bathroom, but with a full tub. Work was going on getting ready for high season we suspect, so at times we needed to work around the crews and in the morning the saws and cutting would begin before 8 a.m. The staff in the restaurant is very nice and proficient. At peak times the bartender can get overwhelmed in the lounge area as he's working alone. It's also in a nice quiet location, close enough to the boat launch and the downtown as well as the ancient roman Catullo Ruins.

Spa facilities and restaurant without flaw; clean, friendly staff, excellent food presentation and generous. Only complaint would be about the TVs in the room - ours only had Russian channels and our friends only had Italian Mediaset channels. Old to look at from the outside, but indoors very comfortable and they are always doing something to vamp it up. Attracts all ages, refreshing for a spa hotel.

plus plus for this hotel is the friendliness and professionalism of its staff , nothing is a bother in fact they love to help.
We had a lake view room with spectacular views. Our room had a double but as we are 2 sisters we wanted twin beds not a problem they just split them for us.

The natural thermal spa is great. one hot spa and the second not so hot, both pools with hot jets and jacuzzi very relaxing area and top of the range sauna and steam rooms also an ice room. the outside pool just a tad to cold at this time of year.

Hotel is spotless clean and a credit to the cleaning staff, who you never see,

Reception staff gave great advise and we went to Verona for the day by bus 8 euros return so easy, and what a find, a very beautiful historic city, Sirmione is quaint and again very beautiful.

Not a resort if you want night life but for couples wanting a relaxing break I would highly recommend
I will definitely go back.

Room Tip: lake view rooms, but they do accept dogs also
