We stayed for just one night in this gorgeous Medieval oasis. Incredibly innovative design and use of space saw the children staying in a loft style den above us. We were there during a street festival/celebration that lasts for 5 nights. The atmosphere was fun but we were able to retire around midnight and were not disturbed by noise. Our host was so friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a beach that we could walk to. This was great for the four of us but was a good 20 min walk up and down hills and narrow paths so wouldn't suit everyone. Whilst on the subject of walking, there is no parking at the B & B as it is located on a largely pedestrianised (and very charming) street. (You can drop off your luggage by prior arrangement but we parked (free) at a car park at the top of the hill and walked down).
We loved the part of the town we were staying in and would definitely return to explore further. A great stay.

Coming from Ireland, I've often been disappointed by the standard of B&Bs in Italy. As in Ireland the standard is very high. However, this little gem made its mark on my memory. The B&B is beautifully styled, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. A friendly host too!

Casa Fenoglio in Ventimiglia made up for a disastrous stay in Nice at a top 5 Trip Advisor recommendation. This B&B is immaculate, romantic and so gorgeous. It is a perfect location to just walk everywhere from (and we did, all day long) and the owners are so kind! This really is the kind of gem you hope to find as a traveler and Ventimiglia is so special because it isn't overrun by tourists (unlike Nice... which is awful). Literally two doors down from the B&B is some kind of church alter (not the big cathedral at the end of the street). Everything is so beautifully medieval, it's as if you're staying in Eze village just down the way in France. We regret we only had two days here and hope to come back again one day. You will love, love, love this place. Ps. I would recommend this place for couples only - if you have kids, all the stairs might be a bit of a schlep.

Such a beautifully decorated B&B in the heart of the old town of ventimiglia. Within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants ventimiglia has to offer as well as the beach and train station. Can not thank arianna enough for being such a great and helpful hostess

This B&B is fantastic and worthy of the highest possible rating. You can see from the moment you open the door that thought and effort has gone in to making it the wonderful place it is. Everything from the beautiful breakfast, excellent WiFi, coffee machine and roomy shower combines to make a stay here an experience to remember. Arianna is so lovely and went out of her way to be a truly excellent hostess: she even made sure we had breakfast before we left on the final day of out stay even though we departed at 6:20am. I was genuinely sad to leave and hope I can revisit some time in the not too distant future.
