Our trip to the Cinque Terre was an unforgettable day. We visited Five (Cinque) villages, hanging between sea and land, a place where we were immersed by its beauty. Our visit began at La Spezia, If was very cold and windy so take a warm jacket. We had a bite to eat and you had to pay to use the toilet or buy a coffee to use for free, we then took a train to Riomaggiore. You can admire the houses leaning one against the other and stroll along the narrow cobble streets. We then reached Manarola. Try some of the local fruit it was so sweet and colourful and was the most delicious fruit I have ever tasted, and at reasonable prices. The tiny harbor has a boat ramp and picturesque buildings climbing to the ravine. Our journey then continued to Monterosso a small fishing village considered The Pearl of the Cinque Terre. Then off to Vernazza, a seaside town surrounding a small natural port. But the prices for a ice cream were criminal. We would recommend this tour.
