My family of 6 (including a 10 yr old and two teens) arranged to do a cooking class with Simona at the restaurant. When we arrived she had a place set for each of us complete with aprons. We had an amazing time making three kinds of pasta and also pesto. Each of us loved every moment of it. Afterwards we ate the pasta we made along with several other local favorites that were so delicious. We ate until we thought we'd have to roll back to our ship. Simona and her husband were fun and gracious hosts. It was a easily a highlight of our cruse week - our entire vacation. We will always remember it!
