This is really a museum of so many things with plenty of art and fabrics, clothes, coins, ... leading to lovely gardens for photos. Well worth entrance fee, although guides are always on your shoulder and like Ikea, you have to follow the arrows !

I saw this along with the red palace and I really enjoyed it, for different reasons.

The white palace had a small but very interesting display of 18th century clothing. The gardens are also small but very pretty.

I would say if you only have time for either the red or the white palace go to the red for the terrace views, but otherwise this is worthy of your time.

Palazzo Bianco along with Palazzo Rosso and Palazzo Tursi are truly beautiful galleries and the combine ticket of 9 Euros to entry all three venues is very reasonable price. Build as private homes for the gentry of Genoa they are now used as public art galleries.

I am admirer of Caravaggio and as such I visited Palazzo Bianco to see his work “Ecce Homo”. There are also excellent works by Bernardo Strozzi, Filippino Lippi, Albrecht Durer, Van Dyck and other famous artists.

As a previous reviewer already mentioned, the staff direct you where to go and that can a bit annoying – you feel like being watched all the time.

Part of the palazzi ode rolls the white palace is a mix of period artefacts and well kept gardens. Set over 3 floors it gives a meandering insight into the Genoa history through different art mediums including a historic voilin
