We used this as a stop over on our way to Lake Garda. If you have a large motorhome it's quote hard to reach and you have to drive up windy streets and narrow roads to get there. Pitches are very small also so only really suitable for a short stay as not much space to get tables and chairs out. The reception area is good with toys for children and a bar and shop plus toilets and showers were very clean. Ricardo was very helpful and spoke very good English for us so thank you.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very peaceful site, an oasis. Staff were very helpful too. Set in woodland with clean facilities. EHU included. Nice coffee shop and some provisions available. Short walk to town for station to central Genoa.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived, and the staff gave us a lot of information (tips, maps,…) about Genova. The access from the camping to the centre of the city was quite easy (be it by train or by car).
But still…the price was very expensive (30euros/night for two people with a tent). Well, nothing special was offered by the camping, only the minimum can be expected there (toilets, shower, small bar/snack).
One HUGE problem about the place: it was not allowed to park by the tents and the parking was quite far away from the tent places. The thing is that the camping is made of two “levels”: the parking is up, the tents are down. So going up and down many times between the car and the town was very tiresome, and not very welcome when you want to rest.

Top camping in a Great area. 5 minutes walk to the train that takes you to the city centre. The lady (owner) of the camping will tell you what to do in Genoa. You Can buy the train tickets there aswell. If you go to genoa and looking for a camping dont hesitate..book or go to villa doria

Lovely campsite. Staff really helpful and friendly. Toilets and showers are spotless. About a 10min walk downhill to beach with lots of little walk ways here and there to explore. Theres a park close by. Coming back is up a steep incline but the little town has shops and fruit and veg and anything you could want really.
Would visit here again.
***important*** if you ate in a camper and come to the railway bridge which has a 3m height limit apparently people risk it.....we ended up going a long way round through tight narrow roads. We may try the bridge on way back
