Good room with a nice bathroom.
Very good restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet is with a lot of different food of good quality.
The staff was very polite and efficient.
We enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to others for a long weekend in Genova.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your lovely review! We are glad you experienced our Giotto restaurant, with its typical Itaian cuisine, and our American breakfast buffet, where we try to give as much variety as possible in order to satisfy the tastes of people coming from all over the world.

We hope to see you again in Genova very soon.

Kind regards,

Fiorenza Peyrot
Deputy Manager

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review of Hotel Bristol Palace.

In fact our Liberty-period building, with its elliptical staircase that encompasses all floors, is something that all our guests tend to remember. We are glad you appreciated your stay, the convenience of the parking service, and our restaurant.

We hope you will be back sometime in the warm season, when we will be opening our outdoor terrace, available for breakfast, lunch or dinner, so that you may have the chance to experience it!

See you soon in Genoa!

Kind regards,

Fiorenza Peyrot

My wife and I rarely stay at grand European hotels but we are so glad we stayed here in Genoa. We came down from being almost snowed in from Campo Ligure for a little luxury for a Birthday and were not disappointed by the room, the service. Breakfast is excellent and included in our tariff. We also ate at their Giotto restaurant which is true to its excellent reviews and the Old Bar also has very fine snacks. Looking for comfort in Genoa this is the Place

Dear Sirs,

Thank you so much for the excellent review that you have shared on Tripadvisor!

In fact, the location of the Hotel Bristol ( in the heart of the city) allows you to visit by walk he most important attractions of the city such as Palazzo Ducale, the system of the Palazzi dei Rolli (UNESCO), the Aquarium of Genoa.
We are very pleased that you particularly enjoyed our breakfast service that recently it has been enriched by a wellness corner with aromatised mineral water, fruit and vegetable extractor with detox menu.

Best regards

Since my last review, I've stayed at the Bristol Palace four times. The penultimate was in 2015 when major renovations were taking place, and this caused some inconvenience to my stay. This is the lot of the traveller, and you grin and bear it and hope that next time, all will be well.
I stayed here for five nights in February 2018 and I am pleased to report that the same high standards have been maintained, the renovations are complete, and she looks positively beautiful again.
Genoa is a town often overlooked by tourists to Italy but it is worth a visit, even just as a starting point to the Cinque Terre, Portofino or further afield to Nice (a fabulous day trip to the west). Those who venture into Genoa will find an old world charm with gorgeous buildings, wonderful cathedrals and stunning art on display everywhere.
The Bristol Palace is located in the beautiful centre of Genoa and makes a great starting place for visits to the museums, aquarium, the Palazzo Ducale or the Teatro Carlo Felice opera house (I was lucky to experience Madame Butterfly there in 2015).
My pick for the rooms are on the 6th floor when you can experience a wonderful balcony with views of the Palazzo Ducale and the fountain.
Beautiful, old-fashioned charm, wonderful service and supreme location make Bristol Palace a must. If you prefer sterile, soulless modern, unimaginative chains, they have them of course, but for the experience, try the Bristol Palace.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony
