The restaurant is quite modern and quirky in its decoration. We were lucky that we were being hosted by a local who was happy to negotiate the menu with the wait staff in order to ensure that we got the best that Parma had to offer in terms of unique food experiences and wine. Wonderful salumi and pastas and a treat - zabaione. Delicious.
