Thursday night at 7:40, restaurant empty; we said we'd come back in half an hour and reserved a table. 8:15 and the restaurant was already half full and became nearly full later on, a mix of tourists and locals. The menu is a good mix of Italian standards and seafood, plus a big range of pizzas. Wine list is medium size but reasonably priced; some artisan beers as well. For starters, decent bruschetta which lacked a bit of garlic for me, prosciutto and Parmesan for Madame, she said it was good. Excellent, creamy, meaty lasagne and a seafood risotto which was delicious with a decent amount of prawns, etc. Friendly and efficient service from the patron (I think) and his daughter. The pizzas that came out looked fantastic, so I think we may have to go back tonight.
Just a shame about the television, albeit without the sound, it adds nothing to the ambience, but that's a minor point. Recommended.
