On our holiday trip through Italy we visited the restaurant twice. Due to the good food and great service from our waiter Gil we enjoyed it al lot. Christa & Ronald from the Netherlands.
We ate a pizza here on our last day in Urbino, but wished we went to this restaurant earlier to try some of their other food. Great restaurant for all different price ranges.
An unexpected spot in Urbino annexed to the four star Hotel and Spa Mamiani will delight you with a stunning view of the Montefeltro hills and delicious homemade pastas and succulent main courses. Beatrice and Stefano’s personas transfer you beyond eating feeding both the stomach and the mind. See you next time!!
On our first night in Urbino, following a long drive through the mountains, my wife and I decided to stay in to dine at this restaurant, which is attached to the Hotel Mamiani, where we were staying. The menu follows the Italian custom of multiple courses, with portions generous enough to eat just one if that is your desire, but small enough that a diner with an appetite can tackle two or three. The food was well-cooked and simply presented, and the pasta course was a particular highlight, with my wife's canneloni in cream sauce with guanciale the stand-out, and the delicate home-made tagliatelli with asparagus deserving a strong honourable mention. A good dining experience with plenty of room for variety at a reasonable price.
