This apartment was fantastic - spotlessly clean and in a good location (close to Colosseum and Metro station). Kitchen was big and well equipped - including a coffee machine. The 3 bedrooms each had their own bathrooms. However the bathroom in one room was tiny - no space to put anything and don't take your towel or clothes in or they'll get saturated! Bruno was very friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the train station and also organised a car to take us to the airport. You need to be very clear with communication regarding times etc though! Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it. Great value! Thank you Bruno.

The apartment was perfect for our group, it was immaculate throughout and was ideally situated for either a short walk into the centre or a 5 minute trip in the metro which was only 5 minutes walk.
Our host Bruno was a blast even though he was a little under the weather, his info was very helpful and the train station and airport transfers were essential for us. There are several bars and shops within a couple of 100 yards from the apartment so it was very conveniently located.
Our only minor gripe was that there was a noticeable drain smell. As we were leaving however, builders tools were in the hall and Bruno advised that work was about to begin in the apartment so I presume this was to be addressed.
In summary, i would definitely return, Bruno was great with our kids and a pleasure to deal with from first contact to dropping us off at the airport, highly recommended.

Travelling with my partner and 2 daughters aged 9 and 13, we wanted the flexibility of an apartment and space not found with hotel rooms. After much research and reading of reviews, I confidently booked My Sweet Home - Colloseum by Bruno.

It was a very good decision.

First the price was very reasonable - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and seating area and the all important air conditioning...costing lot less than hotel for all of us or a chain apartment where we would have only had one bedroom. What you see in the photos is what you get.

Location - fantastic...3 mins from metro, near bus stands and taxi rank and 10-15 mins gentle walk to Colosseum. Restaurants, cafes, a supermarket within few mins walk. Oh and right next to the beautiful San Giovanni in Laterano and Scala Sancta - seriously you must make time for this on a trip to Rome. The neighbourhood is safe and we didn't feel uncomfortable walking back after dinner.

So...onto Bruno he really restores your faith in humanity that there are genuinely helpful people in the world. Right from the moment of booking Bruno was friendly and accommodating. I had lots of questions and demands - namely to do with my partner's 50th birthday - which Bruno answered quickly with a 'No problem!'. Bruno told me to give him a call to organise the birthday celebrations but we were so busy enjoying Rome that I didn't materialise any of my plans!

We arrived at the airport and waited 1.5 hours for our luggage to materialise. Bless Bruno, he waited all this time for us for the transfer to apartment. The transfers were wonderful in fantastic comfortable vehicles - really takes the stress away of getting to and from airport. Once at apartment, he showed us round, demonstrated coffee machine, air conditioning and showed us Rome on a map to get our bearings. We didn't need him for our stay in Rome but if we did he was always available on his mobile. Wonderful - makes you feel safe knowing that if you had any problems in Rome, Bruno would be there to help you.

Towards the end of the trip there was an issue with one of the bedrooms. I messaged Bruno to make him aware and he was round straight away to look at it and sort it out. That impressed us.

And to end the trip on a high, before our transfer back to airport, Bruno gave us a quick tour in his car to the bits of Rome which we had not been able to see. Really, that was most appreciated!

All in all, everything about this booking was smooth and friendly. The apartment was wonderful to return to after busy days sightseeing.

Bruno mentioned that he also does have a smaller apartment for 2-3 people so next time if it is just me and my partner we would look at that.

Would I stay at this apartment again? Of course I would. The answer is YES.
