Jean Louis made us very welcome and gave great advice about where to eat locally and around Rome. The apartment was lovely and well located in a quiet street between Termini and the Colleseum. The Cavour metro is close by which is very useful after a long day walking around the vatican museum. Our stay was made more enjoyable by the freshly cooked bread and cakes cooked by Jean Louis wife which was part of the variety of breakfast fare supplied each morning of our stay. The cappuccinos were much appreciated start to the day. I would recommend going to the Vecchio Roma restaurant nearby, but you need to get there early ( before 7:30 ) if you are to get a table.
Not only a great location in the center of Rome, one also gets lots of suggestions and advice on what to see and how to go about doing it right from the owners!
Two very nice apartments, quiet and comfortable.
