Photos and webpage look very nice but it is really part of a low middle-class complex of apartments -you cannot see this until you arrive- It is smelly and noisy. There is no service at all from the staff who barely speaks English.
Phone did not work during all the stay, A/C worked one day and the other. We took a large aparment and space is very limited, the kitchen is really a simple kitchenette with a few forks and spoons. Beds are cheap and very uncomfortable.
Most importantly people are not friendly, and have no idea of customer service.
Many priests and nuns stay there. I assume is part of their vows or penitence...
