We stayed here for only one night but wish it had been longer. We were in the Deluxe Triple Room which had plenty of room for 2 adults (the bed was very comfortable) and& 2 children and a big bathroom.
The man at the front desk was genuinely welcoming and helpful, and the location couldn't be better for many of Rome's key tourist spots. Despite our room looking out over the Spanish Steps we had no problem with noise.
I'd have given 5 stars if we'd been here for more than a day. As it is this will be our first choice hotel for any return to Rome.

The hotel is literally next door to the spanish steps, and u walk about 30 metres and u can get to the spagna Metro stop.
The room was very big, beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious.
Only downside to the hotel, which is a side effect of the upside, is that sometimes during the night (on weekends) you can hear drunk tourists screaming on the spanish steps, even though there is double glazing on the windows. But this only happened on the Friday night and is unavoidable.
All in all a really nice hotel, from what i heard the staff all spoke at least 3 languages (German, English and ITalian) although i could be mistaken, and they recommended some amazing restaurants!!

One of the best hotels i have stayed in, had old style looks, with all of the modern comforts (Wifi etc.)

The location is perfect for walking to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and many others. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The bathrooms are modern and also large. We were there in the heat of summer and the air conditioner was quiet and worked very well. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love my 3 nights at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel , big rooms , the best location possible, right next to the spanish steps. The shopping is fantastic as all the major shops are within 5 minutes walk.
Very friendly staff so overall good value for money will definitely stay there again when we return to Rome.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights before heading to Tuscany. The hotel was immaculate and the location was fantastic. We stayed in the Deluxe Triple Room (323 sq ft), which was huge by European city standards, and it had a giant bathroom. The bed was firm and comfortable and wifi was free and it always worked. When you first arrive, it is a little tricky because reception is located on the 2nd floor and it isn't well marked. Even though it's next to the Spanish Steps, noise was never a problem for us. The proximity to the Metro makes this location even better. These things alone probably would have garnered 5 stars for me, but it was the service that made this hotel so fantastic. First, our flight was delayed multiple times and, when we finally arrived, the car we had arranged through the hotel was there to pick us up. Then, the airline lost my wife's luggage and not only did the hotel staff make many calls on our behalf while we were in Rome, they also continued to coordinate with staff from the villa's we stayed at in Tuscany during the rest of the trip. I cannot exaggerate how much that extra effort helped us to stay sane throughout our baggage ordeal. If only Alitalia's baggage people could provide even half the amount of customer service we received from the Relais Pierret!! This really is a great little hotel and I strongly recommend it.
