The hotel was just what it claimed to be. The rooms were contemporary and clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in the room was good - always there at the time requested. We had a bit of trouble with the door not locking properly, but we were provided with a key, and there always seemed to be someone on reception. The area around the hotel seemed really safe.

Room Tip: We were in room 22, which was right by reception. This meant there was a bit of noise at times, but...

I stayed for three nights and had a lovely time. It's a quiet, small hotel in a great part of town. The front desk people were so incredibly helpful and even celebrated the completion of the Rome marathon with me. The rooms are nice and modern - I had room 30, which has a sitting room as well as a bedroom. Overall a fantastic experience and would definitely go again. Ask them to make you a reservation at St Ana restaurant near Piazzia de Popolo. They did for us and it was the best food ever and only Italians (no tourists).

for the first time I´ve been in an hotel which is just one flat of an old building, to my surprise it is a small 8 room hotel, but simply very nice! The staff is charming and helpful.

Room Tip: all rooms face the street, full of light! they are building a new flat of rooms..

I was a little confused about the whole staying at an office building which is supposed to be a hotel!!! I want to say I loved staying here for 3 days and having breakfast in bed every morning!

Size of rooms is good for european standards, I didnt think the bed was hard and had comfortable nights sleep, 3 days is ok but I dont think I would do it longer, I like the whole hotel experience when its more than 3 days :)

Main things: Its clean, somehow modern and very important they try their best to have happy costumers!.

The location is not bad at all but you do have walk some to get to the attractions, dont think its around the corner. Its at least a 15 minute walk or so.
