We stayed for 4 nights whilst travelling through Rome. The apartment is in a great location with some very good local cafes , churches and shops nearby. It is part of an old 1800? building on a small cobbled street. The owners were good at communicating and responding.
The décor is nice, and the apartment small and contained.
There aren't really any proper windows in the apartment, except on the door, and one upstairs which cannot be accessed. Our only concern was the drain in the bathroom which smelt. They may have been blocked at the time?
This house rental was the perfect decision for a 2 night stay in Rome. The only thing I would have done differently is stay longer!
The house is in a perfect location for exploring Rome. It's on a quite street in Trastevere so it's quaint and charming but in walking distance to everything. The neighborhood is adorable and Pimm's Cafe at the end of the road has great breakfast and coffee.
The bed was amazing. Probably the best bed I've ever slept in in my whole life. WiFi worked great. TV and DVDs were wonderful too. The house looks just like all the photos and is in a very nice neighborhood so don't worry.
Raffaele was a great host. He always responded quickly when I called or messaged him and he provided everything we needed. The house is stocked with lots and lots of goods. From food to toiletries. Most of them were opened which was a bit strange but still greatly appreciated!
I would highly encourage anyone to stay here!
