“A near perfect gem.”
Reviewed 4 July 2012

Great small hotel with a wonderful staff in a perfect location to walk historic Rome. Slightly on the expensive side but then what nicer hotel in Rome isn't.

When you check in, they have a drink waiting for you. They take your bags to your room. The breakfast is very authentic Italien. They offer complementary snacks in the evening. The building is very well air conditioned.

The hotel is a masterpiece of art and luxury. The staff are very friendly and always helpful.

The hotel is close to many attractions, the metro, restaurants, shops, and night clubs.

The Inn also arranged for our transfer to the airport.

My family of 5 stayed at the Inn at the Roman Forum. We picked the location to be close to the sites of ancient Rome and it was a fabulous location. We stayed in the family rooms on the top floor of the main hotel (the one with the ruins). These rooms were very comfortable and had a lovely private garden. The garden was wonderful for relaxing after a hot day. The hotel is not cheap, but I recommend it.

Room Tip: The top floor family rooms with the garden are lovely. A wonderful place to stay for me and my husb...

Fantastic location in quiet street. all the staff with whom we had contact over 4 days were excellent. Our standard room was large with smallish/medium sized en-suite. (We were also offered free upgrade half way through, because it had become unexpectedly available.) Roof terrace great for breakfast and free evening nibbles (as much as you want!). It is a historic building and there aren't large public areas (which we didn't need/want anyway). The roman passages behind reception are a must-see. Not the cheapest place in town but worth it.

We booked the mastrr garden rooms with the private garden and I think it was the best hotel room ever booked. Having the garden for our self as we had both of the rooms booked was something special. We could be there every hour of the day during late night with a glass of wine all by our self. We didn't want to leave. The staff from breakfast, cleaning and the front desk lady were all amazing and every request was always handled in very proffessional way. We will for sure come back here. Thanks to everybody Tim and family usa.
