“Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location”
Reviewed 5 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We have just returned from a 4 night stay in this beautiful apartment which is ideally situated 5 minutes from Piazza Navona and 10 minutes from Castle Sant' Angelo. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and my two children aged 8 and 13 loved their bedroom on the mezzanine floor.

I arranged transfer from the airport to the apartment which we were glad of as we were delayed. Nothing was too much trouble whilst we were there and our luggage was safely stored whilst we made the most of the last day.

You could not wish to stay in a better apartment and Rome is such an amazing city.

“Excellent Location for Touring Rome”
Reviewed 24 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We stayed in Tiber Nicosia for 4 nights at the end of July. My main contact was Alessandro - who was extrememly helpful and accomodating as our overnight flight to Rome ended up getting cancelled. We were re-booked for the next morning, which had us landing in Rome at midnight. Alessandro was in constant contact and was able to re-arrange our airport pick-up and logistics for us to get the keys to the apartment in the wee hours of the morning! What could have been an absolute nightmare ended up being the beginning of an amazing 3 week holiday in Italy!
The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. All of the rooms were airconditioned, which is a major plus as the temperature in Rome was 90 + degrees each day!
The location was excellent - we walked to most sites - 20 - 25 min walk to the Vatican, 10 min walk to the Spanish Steps and The Pantheon and approx. 40 - 45 min walk to the Colloseum. Convenientlhy, there was a little 24 hour supermercato a few min's walk from the apartment. Some of our favourite restaurants in Rome were: Grano (Piazza Rondanini), Cantina e Cucina (fantastic pizza's!), Il Bacaro, and Fortunato Pantheon.
I would definitely stay at this apartment again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

“Exactly what we wanted!”

This apartment is wonderful. We stayed here with our daughters (9 and 10) after a 7 day cruise. We welcomed the space, and there is tons of it. Actually quite surprising for a Roman apartment. Everything worked perfectly (oven, stove, fridge, washing machine, shower, television, WI-FI, A/C) The beds were very comfortable and welcoming after a long day of walking. The apartment is one floor above street level and there is an old school elevator for your luggage (kinda cool). It is right on the edge of the historical center of Rome, so you definitely don't need a car. Having a car is actually more of a hassle than anything else since parking is complicated and there are restrictions to enter the historical center which can land you a ticket through photo surveillance. Piazza Nicosia is right behind the building where you can find the supermarket to stock the fridge and a good little pizza place. Piazza del Popolo is close by as is the Ponte Cavour which crosses the Tiber river. Everything is within walking distance (30-35 minute walk to Coloseum or Vatican; 15 minutes to Spanish steps or Trevi Fountain)
Alessandro was very gracious in answering my many questions. They even acomodated us in leaving our luggage at the apartment earlier, as the cleaning was being completed.
You will not regret this rental!!!

This is a really lovely apartment in the best location for seeing Rome. It has a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms great for a family of five. It iwas a haven to return to after the hot streets and sights and everything was in walking distance. The area has great restaurants and I cannot imagine a better place.

“Amazing lodging - Perfect for a family or two couples”

Last summer we had a wonderful 5 day stay at this beautiful condo. The condo is very spacious and in a great location. We walked to all the cites but on occasions when we were pressed for time, it was very easy to locate a taxi.

The accommodations were perfect for our small family of 3 but the condo could easily hold more guests. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and there is an amazing amount of closet space. It was really nice to unpack our 3 very large bags and pretend we were not on vacation.

My family really enjoyed using the kitchen to prepare breakfast before our morning visit to a cafe. there are wonderful restaurants walking distance form the condo and a lovely grocery store.

I would highly recommend this location and this condo. I can't wait to visit again.
