A really well located hotel. The rooms although not large, are very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was also in a quiet location, so not much disturbance from the noise of this very busy City. Breakfast was included in our rate, and had plenty of cold and hot choices. We enjoyed a few drinks in the bar after our packed sight seeing days out, while we were deciding where to go for dinner.
I would recommend this hotel.

Firstly, this is a very good hotel and it achieves its 4 star status with ease. My wife and I stayed in a Junior Suite and it was a spacious and well appointed room. However, this is where our only couple of gripes occur. My wife was very disappointed with the lighting above the bathroom mirror, finding it almost impossible for applying make up. Our second issue arose from the shower, suffering from both low water pressure and an inability to sustain a regular temperature. These are fairly minor issues but considering the standards the hotel had set out in other areas, we were disappointed.

On a more positive note, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The area, Monti, is fantastic - the colosseum is literally at the end of the road and it is only a 10 minute walk to most of the sights. In summary, definitely would stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

Was here last week for 3 days. My daughter chose this hotel for a special birthday present-and what a present it was! A lovely hotel with delightful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and every single member of staff was helpful and pleasant. Our room was located at the back, so it was very quiet and peaceful. It was comfortable with everything we needed, and we really appreciated the stocked minibar and phone. The restaurants nearby were excellent and we were located very centrally to all the sights. We bought a 72 hour Romapass at the airport, which was really worthwhile for getting around easily and fast tracking into the Sights. Breakfasts were excellent with very polite welcoming staff, who kept everything topped up, so nothing ran out. A lovely break in a hotel which I highly recommend.

The staff could not have been more helpful in helping us to get around, making reservations, etc...The location was superb. Breakfast was an extensive buffet--all very good EXCEPT be sure they don't use the instant coffee machine for the cappucino. Ask that it be made at the bar. Also, the room was super cool but could have done without the blinding table that was to double as a lamp. Also, could have used more space for a second suitcase--tight quarters. But, we shall return...Roof top terrace was a bonus, too.

Room Tip: Only a few rooms per floor, so ease in getting from room to elevator was nice.

What a gem - the service from check in to check out is fabulous - the staff is wonderful. The rooms are warm and inviting. Loved the cell phone option for being able how to get from point a to point b. location is great - very close to the coliseum. Highly recommend a stay here.
