“Best location in Rome!”
Reviewed 28 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Giuseppe, the owner, could not have been more accommodating for our Roman"tic" weekend in Rome. He arranged taxis from the airport, met us with the keys even though it was late when we arrived, gave us a lovely bottle of Montepulciano and a map with amazing restaurant recommendations marked on - and left us to it.

The best restaurant recommendation we found was a tiny pizza place called Da Francesco, where he recommended the pizza with buffalo mozzarella and black truffles. OH. MY. WORD. The best pizza I've ever eaten, without a doubt - so good we went back two days later for another go! Yummy yummy.

The apartment was spotless - and HUGE! The stairs are rather numerous, it is true, but as a previous poster said they are a great excuse to eat more fresh pasta and pizza!

As far as location goes, you just can't get any better than this. The apartment is right in the middle of the old part of Rome, and we walked everywhere from there without having to resort to taxis or the Metro. Everywhere seemed to be a slow 30 mins walk - with gelato stops! Just perfect for a relaxing city break.

In short, I highly recommend both Giuseppe and Palazzo Sinibaldi as a wonderful way to experience the joys of Rome.

Thank you from Catherine and Daniel!

(PS hope you found the keys!)

Liked best: The location and the friendly owner!
Liked least: The church bells at 7am every morning across the street - but it's Rome, so it's expected!

“Convenient, clean and comfortable place in a great location”
Reviewed 6 January 2015 for a stay in October 2014

Giuseppe made it very easy for me and my parents to get in and out, arranging for an airport transfer on our way to the airport, and meeting us with the keys when we arrived to the building. There is free wifi which is really convenient. He also offered lots of great restaurant recommendations. The apartment is really close to almost everything, with most highlights only about 15-20 minutes away. The apartment is also clean, with a comfortable mattress and a really spacious shower. I really loved staying here and thought it was a great end to our 28-day Europe trip. The only thing I would warn people of is the steps. I'm in rather good shape for a petite person and found that lugging up a 50 pound suitcase was really really difficult. So pack light! Giuseppe helped us carry some of our luggage but my 60+ parents had some difficulty climbing the stairs alone every day.

“Great apartment. Brilliant value.”
Reviewed 1 November 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Lovely apartment, adult children decided to join us at the last minute and were easily accommodated on bed settee with extra towels and bedding provided with no extra charge.
The location is absolutely perfect, minutes from the pantheon.
Yes there are steps to the apartment but it walks off some of the pizza and pasta !!
We didn't have the apartment shown in the photos - think we had the one next door - in my opinion even better. Some good restaurant recommendations.
Beautifully clean, wifi good, allowed to stay in the apartment til 7pm on our last day with no extra charge. The price compared to what we would have paid in a hotel in a similar area was superb
Would highly recommend.

“Excellent location”
Reviewed 14 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

We stayed with my family for 5 nights. Guiseppe is really helpful during accommodation - he organized transfer from airport and was available on the phone at 7 am on Saturday! We got immediate check-in (there were no guests from previous day and the apartment was ready) and Giuseppe was waiting for us early in the morning.
Apartment is as you can see it on the pictures, the sofa is good enough for 2 kids, you have everything necessary, even laptop. WiFi is good enough!
Location - PERFECT. You are in the middle of everything, a lot of restaurants around, Pantheon and Navona are few minutes away.

“An excellent apartment in an excellent location”

I spent a week at the Palazzo Sinibaldi and had a great time. The owner, Giuseppe, was very easy to deal with. He met me at the apartment, ran through all the details very efficiently and even suggested some great bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was perfectly neat and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked fine and most importantly to me it was really quiet! Yes there are a few steps up to the apartment, but to be honest if you can't manage that each day you are going to miss loads of things in Rome.
Location wise the apartment was ideal for me. It was a 2 minute walk to the Pantheon and only 20-25 minutes to St Peters or the Colosseum. Perfect for dinner around Piazza Navona followed by an evening stroll up to the Vatican or past the Roman Forum.
Next time I visit Rome I will definitely try to book the same apartment.
Thank you Giuseppe!
