This is a nice hotel and convenient to the train station. We had a terrace room with a street view. The room was comfortable but did not have a lot of storage, small closet and no dresser. The breakfast was good but the service was slow and room is small. The hotel was busy so the breakfast was crowded.
The receptionist when we checked-in was odd and he offended us with his comments that we were rich Texans, several times! That really turned us off.
The photos on the website of the hotel are really make the place look nicer than reality. The elevator was terribly slow and they were also very late on a room cleaning, they seem understaffed overall. There was nothing terrible about the hotel, we slept well and were satisfied with our stay.

We stayed here for five nights for our Roman holiday and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The hotel is located close enough to walk to major sites but far enough away from the tourist traffic. The area is near several diplomatic offices, so having the Italian military police patrolling constantly was comforting. Everyone from the front desk to the dining area are super friendly, and customer service was excellent! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Rome!

Thank you, Tonino and Ali, for all your help!

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Room was adequate for our one night stay, comfortable beds, good air con and a decent sized bathroom. Breakfast was good and varied and catered for all tastes with something for everyone. All in all a good stay, albeit a short one.

Loved our stay at this wonderful gem of a hotel in Rome....excellent service, friendly helpful staff, beautiful hotel with charm, breakfast is fabulous buffet...spacious rooms on lower floors, cozier ones on higher floors...my only complaint is only one garbage can and no washcloth size towels...

Room Tip: Another garbage can - only one in bathroom, washcloth size towels

When we arrived at the hotel we realised straight away that we had booked the correct place for us it’s near some of the best restaurants in Rome the room was spotless and kept that way by very courteous and helpful staff the two ladies on the desk who we had most to deal with were very polite and welcoming breakfast suited us a mixture of hot and continental best to get up early as the dining area does get busy the lift is small but was mainly used when we arrived and checked out for luggage we had a mini bar and plenty of pillows the bathroom was big and had all the things we are accustomed to and was spotless all in all an excellent stay perfect location right next to the termini station thank you all

Room Tip: Keep the window closed it could be noisy
