Stayed here for 3 nights after reading Trip Advisor reviews. It certainly is very clean and staff helpful. However the shower was tiny, I couldn't even wash my hair (and I am not large!). the location is a little way from the centre but close to public transport. Also the front stairs and TINY lift might be charming, but very difficult to negotiate with suitcases, particularly when you have a back injury. Breakfast was average.

We booked this hotel, once again using TA reviews and wasn't disappointed.
It is centrally located, very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful.
Our suite No2 on the 3rd floor (this hotel is located on the 3rd and 5th floor of a building) was quite large with a good sized bathroom and the usual toiletries. The hairdryer was only usable whilst standing in the bath, which wasn't ideal! We like to sllep with a window open, but whilst the noise level was absolutley fine, the sewage smell was not.
There is a delightful terrace on the 5th floor that you can use, especially nice when drinking the bottle given to you by the owner.
Residenza Cellini is near to a metro station and railway station, also a stop for the open top tour bus, but also for walking to various attractions - ie spainish steps, trevi fountain and all.
We stayed herer with friends and had a great time.

This small hotel is very good value for money and in a quiet, safe location off the main street but close to the Metro, train station & open top bus tours and not far to walk to the important sites. We had room 5 with a comfortable kingsize bed and linen sheets. Also a nice bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Perfect place to stay in Rome. Only tiny comment I would make is that although the breakfast and service are good we would have liked local freshly baked bread every morning. I notice other reviewers have also said the same thing !

Residenza Cellini was one of the best parts of our ten night stay in Rome. This small hotel is beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. It is very well located. We were concerned about being in a safe neighborhood and a quiet location. The hotel met both of these needs beautifully. We were provided all the little extras like wi-fi, a laptop for the guest's use, minibar, a wonderful breakfast, safe in the room, heated towel rack, and other amenities. The beds are of the highest quality and provided a really good night's sleep - and they were heated! Just the thing for a tired traveler's body. But the best part of Residenza Cellini is the way we were treated. We were immediately made to feel right at home. Any of our needs were met immediately. They made reservations for us even before we arrived and continued to provide every assistance including recommendations and even bus routes. My friend and I were always greeted warmly by Robert in the evening and he always listened to our adventures of the day and saved us with a smile when I blew the circuit breaker (twice) trying to charge my phone. He, along with Marjorie in the morning, were delightful. To add to that the owner and her brother, Barbara and Donato De Paolis, were so friendly and welcoming (not to mention beautiful and handsome) . We enjoyed their company and conversations so much. I'll never forget Barbara serving us Asti on a beautiful service tray in our room. And Donato knew the best restaurants and even stores to recommend. You cannot help but enjoy your stay at lovely and tasteful Residenza Cellini

Room Tip: Some rooms have balconies.

Our stay at Residenza Cellini made the trip feel like home. We would not have had such a relaxing time had it not been for the ability to escape from Rome's bustling activity into the comfort and tranquility of Residenza Cellini. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome; and the rooms were so very clean and comfortable. It is an amazing place that is a welcome change from the "executive feel" of a large hotel. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Room Tip: We stayed in a junior suite (room 504) because we wanted a little extra space since we were staying for 9 nights. The 5th floor was very quiet and nice. I do not know what the other rooms are like.
