This is one of the best restaurants, i've ever been. Overall i've been there three times, once we took a major detour to eat there. The presentation of the dishes is higly creative and incredibly beautiful. The food is fantastic, the menues changes once a month, but there are some "evergreens". Try the "mozzarella in carrozza sui spinaci croccanti", or the "involtino di pesce sciabola". The "insalata di polpo e patate con lo zenzero" is simply excellent.
Friendly, familiar, fresh ... Definitely the place to go in Roma! The only drawback are its relatively high prices, but they are well justified by the experience you get.
