We stayed here with friends from Arizona for four nights. We have visited Rome at least a dozen times but thought we would try a new location. Hotel is in a great location, our room was excellent only marred by noise from protesters re Mr. Berlesconi. Breakfast room and views excellent. Reception staff exceptionally poor , 7 euros per day for WIFI, surprising considering the high room rates and you are charged extra for an early morning departure - incredible ! Hotel needs to improve it's customer service skills.

Have stayed here twice. The location is superb for walking around Rome. Staff tried to be helpful but seem a bit snotty to be honest. They try is all I can say. The breakfast is very nice, especially if you can eat outside during the nicer times of the year. Rooms are nice size for sure. The rooms seemed to be kept moderately clean to clean. I felt a little more cleaning chould have been done. Overall a nice place to stay. On the pricey side even for Rome........ but location, location, location.

Room Tip: Upper floors better for views.

Stayed four nights with two other girls for a quick trip to Rome. The room was plenty big for the three of us and the bathroom was very modern and spotless, the water in the shower was nice and hot.

The breakfast served on the roof top was great a large selection and no long lines as often experienced ij hotels where breakfast is included in the price of the room.

Beautiful roof top area is not used at other times so it is no problem sitting up therein the evenings with a bottle of wine,

The staff were very nice, the bar man full of suggestions for dinners and generally very nice without being overbaring.

We needed to print an email confirmation for tickets to the vatican museums and the front desk did everything they could to help us and printned the email.

7euro for wifi for a 24hour period, worked well.

Constant security presence due to locatioj but this did notput us off, will be returning to this hotel for sure walking distance to all the hotels shops and resturants , i wouldn't consider staying anywhere else

Room Tip: Quite noisey at night time but all of Rome is so ask for the 6th floor

Room was on the top floor, so no views from the small window but otherwise room was excellent. Clean and tidy and well priced for the excellent location. Breakfast served on the roof with awsome views over Rome.

Room Tip: Parliament buildings are in the same location so if you're a light sleeper, pick a room on the top floors, further away from the noise below.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Rome. You're seconds from the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and many others! Getting around is so easy, just beware of the cobblestones.

The hotel was very good - the facility is clean (but could use a little updating - carpet worn, we had windows but they were above eye level, so you couldn't see out), breakfast was lovely and so was the location upstairs overlooking Rome. What was problematic for me, was the beds were lumpy (i.e. The springs hit your back and it can be uncomfortable), one of the morning front desk staff lacked the ability to answer questions with the perspective that

Room Tip: Ask for an upper floor, if possible. You can also request an overlook of the piazza, but you'll be staring at the Parliament building and it could be a little noisy.
