This hotel was really outdated. There was no WIFI. You only had internet via data cables that you had to rent out and fight over becuase they didnt have enough to accomadate their guests. Elevators were small, rooms were cozy, view wasnt so great from the room. Its really close to the Church of the bones, spanish steps, the LIttle Tomato pizza restraunt wich is GREAT!~ A MUST ! ! ! ! ! Were not treated fair by a restruant located on the back side of this hotel. I cannot remember the name of that one though. Overall the hotel was ok. I guess I wasnt so thrilled because it was our last hotel and the last 2 3 nights of the trip wich meant we were going to have to leave and come home.

Stayed at this hotel in mid-October. Recommended by our travel agent- this was our first trip to Rome. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful and bellmen were great!! Room rate included breakfast each morning. Breakfast was OK, not as many offerings as I had expected but enough to get you going for the day. Did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel because we were usually out in Rome during that time. Hotel was clean; our room was very clean and very nice -- we were very happy with the room. Bathroom was quite large and very clean. Hotel did have a computer off the main lobby which was free if you didn't bring a laptop to your room. It was VERY HELPFUL to have access to that computer. There was a travel agency right at the corner street at the hotel and they were very helpful for buying train tickets ahead of time if you didn't want to purchase them at the train station.

We stayed here for 2 nights during a 10 day trip around Italy and this hotel was just as we expected. The service was fine, the location was fine, the rooms and bathrooms were small and the bed was comfortable.

It was nice to have the valet available. After driving through Rome and finding the hotel, the last thing I wanted to do was to drive again.

We ate on the roof top both nights and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. One of the highlights of this hotel was the quality of the included breakfast, we really enjoyed the large selection.

Spent 4 wonderful nights in this hotel. Location is great - just a block off Via Veneto and beautiful views of the wall and Villa Borghese. Staff arranged a personal driver to meet us at the airport for the same cost a taxi would be. Rooms clean and breakfast is excellent with quality service -- and scrambled eggs. Hotel was recommended by a friend who stayed frequently on business and his recommendation was right on!

Our large group of friends ended a cruise in Rome and spent a few pleasant days at the Victoria Roma. The helpful, cheerful staff, good breakfast and comfortable location all made our stay a good one. The rooms are all different from one another - some are nicer than others while others are a bit unusual. We would be happy to stay there again on a return trip.
We very much enjoyed the restaurant just down to the right of the hotel entrance.
