Friendly and cosy small hotel, perfect loction to get to "Romes Top 10" in 20 Min walk ( vatican, Forum romanum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Narvonna...), Rooms small but suficient and well equiped and clean. Breakfast: perfect atmosphere in the downstairs located breakfast room with inviting furniture and classical músic to get in tune... My only critique would be the too " industrial" food they serve for breakfast which could be improved easily by serving fresh and regional food and perhaps eliminating the eggs ( boiled and scrambled) which were not at the hotels overall standards...
Last but not least mentioning the fantàstic job delivered by the stuff, from the cleaning personnel over the lady who helped with the breakfast to the excellent reception team: everyone eager to help, friendly at all hours and making us feeling at home from the very first moment!!
We'll be back definitely as soon as possible!!!

Thanking you for your review, I am delighted that overall you have greatly appreciated our service and I would also like to point out the fact that our building dates centuries back and although it is provided with all modern comforts one might expect, it still preserves the genuine Baroque style and there is no way our walls can be amplified for bigger spaces. Additionally, our rich buffet breakfast satisfies 99% of our guests’ tastes, as it offers a great selection of foods including pies, cookies, juices, yogurts, cheese, milk, fruits, vegetable, bread, jam, honey, ham, salami as well as the Italian espresso and cappuccino.

This is an overdue appraisal to an amazing staff that gave us the best service, made us laugh, and accommodated all of our needs. This was a girls trip to Italy from the US and we booked the hotel very last minute. It was the busiest time as we were there in early August. The staff understood our concerns, upgraded our room, and accommodated all our dinner and taxi reservations. Needless to say, we were more than pleased. The hotel is very central and extremely clean and the rooms are very nice. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the #beststaffever ... and yes, they do have their own hashtag! :)

I recently stayed in this wonderful hotel the rooms are lovely. However in my opinion the best attraction at this hotel are the staff. As a solo traveler I found them always helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. I also took two of the tours on offer and the guide Alessandro was obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about his Rome. I am hoping to return in the future to stay once again. Carol Kuzmanich

We were offered an apartment which was nice! No breakfast, but were able to purchase food at nearby market and store! Enjoyed our stay! I believe we would stay here again! Apartment was clean and beds were made each day with clean linen.
