We stayed at this hotel with kids in a quadraple room for 3 nights and were glad to have started our Europe trip started from here. Staff is very warm and helpful. Mr Giorgio and all others were always smiling and willing to help. They made us feel like at home. In fact, we used to compare service in all other hotels in our 2 weeks trip in 3 countries with Delle Muse and Delle Muse stayed best.

Though it is little far from Roma Termini, the bus no. 360 more than makes up for it. Bus stop is 2-3 min walk from the hotel and bus takes you to Termini in 20 min. With this convenience, 20 min gone on bus just don't matter in overall long days of 10 hr.

We got a room with terrace as we had requested. Terrace was big and good. We had also requested for a kettle and not only we got it, but the best part was that I did not even have to remind them. They remembered it from an email sent more than a week back and provided it immediately after check-in.

I would have given it 5 star, but am taking off 1 star because of interior of rooms. The wallpaper and bed covers made room dull and look an average. Other than that room was good.

I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I happen to visit Rome again.

Room Tip: Room with terrace attached will be a great choice.

The hotel was clean and served the purpose we needed by being in easy reach of central Rome. The reception staff were very helpful and we had read previous reviews where people had recommended the evening meal at the hotel- so we gave it a go and found it to be excellent value.
We recommend booking your visit to the Vatican online, using the Vatican website- and you will jump all the queues!

The hotel needs major renovations in the common space. The carpet is filthy on the stairs and the bathrooms have mold in the corner. As other reviewers have mentioned it is not walkable from Termini and you need to take bus 360 to and from the hotel to get to the city. This is okay unless it is a Sunday or a holiday. In this case you may end up waiting for the bus for over an hour and finally take a taxi back. Also taxi drivers are notorious in Rome for overcharging you and our experience was no different. A taxi ride should cost you only about 10 Euros from Termini to the hotel if they don't take you for a ride! But we paid 12 once and 19 the second time. There is a lady in the reception who is very warm and helpful. The restaurant has good food (we had lunch and dinner on one day) but the service is hit and miss. The breakfast is okay if you are non-vegeterian. If you are veg there are somethings to eat - yoghurt, bread and canned fruit. The coffee is the worst I have had in Italy though the tea is better. Our double bed was okay but joined in the centre by 2 mattress. The air-con is good but noisy inside the room. Also we stayed in a room whose window we could not open (not really sure whether the window can be opened at all!) All in all a strictly okay hotel, stay here if you get a good deal but not otherwise.

We stayed here as part of a four-day package trip to Rome. We did so on the strength of other reviews and are pleased to say we agree with most of what has been said. It may be a 15 minute bus-ride (360 Muse) from the main railway station at Termini, but this was a pleasant experience rather than a chore each day given the Rome metro is hardly inspiring stuff. Hotel was clean, the staff all very friendly and helpful and the information was more than enough to get us around the City with relative ease. Small room, but quiet and for once a shower that does what it says on the tin. Great breakfast and while the restaurant menu was somewhat quirky, we ate there during the evenings without complaint and in the pleasant rear garden. The only suggestion I have for the management is to consider providing tea/coffee facilities in the room for us Brits. Grazie.
