We chose Hotel Barocco with the help of TripAdvisor The description from the hotel is also
a true reflection on the location, service and comfort you can expect during your stay.
The bed was particularily comfortable, and we arose refreshed for sightseeing in the morning, after a superb Barocco breakfast of course!
The staff are a tribute to the success of this establishment...always courteous and avaliable to help. It's a shame we couldn't have stayed longer.
Grazie.

Room Tip: Recommend the Deluxe room, worth the extra - and we had a fountain view! No noise at all with the w...

From the time my wife and I arrived at the Barocco Hotel to the time we left, everyone of the staff was welcoming and helpful to ensure our visit was a memorable one. The breakfast was extremely pleasant and simply a wonderful way to start the day. The room was also such a pleasure. The proximity to all we wanted to see while in Rome was perfect. Thank you to all the employees of the Barocco Hotel for making our stay such a sensational time in Italy!

Room Tip: Recommendation is to stay right in the main building versus the anex.

This was a really nice hotel and our stay here was wonderful. The location is really good to get anywhere you need to pretty quickly and easily. Once you leave the hotel's front door you can be walking down into the Barberini metro stop within ninety seconds or less. From there almost the entire city is within easy reach. The Trevi Fountain is an easy short walk away, a little more and you're at the Spanish Steps. The hotel itself was a pleasure as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at every turn. They made excellent restaurant recommendations that we enjoyed very much. Our room, although laid out a little weird, was a very good size and was clean and modern. We were upgraded to a room with a nice outside deck to sit and relax. The television got several English speaking channels but we were on the go a lot so we only spent a few moments before bed with this. The breakfast in the morning was really wonderful, I might even say it was the best of our entire two-week, five hotel trip. Everything from simple cereals and yogurt all the way up to eggs custom made to your order. They also provided free wi-fi in the rooms, I'm presuming hotel-wide, which we really liked. We used it with our smartphones to help look up restaurant information as well as other info on our trip. They also had a reading room/library area and also a small bar area where you can relax and socialize. They present you with a voucher for free glasses of champagne redeemable in the bar upon your check-in. On our last night before leaving they left a nice little fruit assortment in the room which was really nice but a little problematic because we had to figure out how to get whatever we didn't eat that night with us to our next city in our luggage without wasting or destroying it. Would've been a better choice to leave it on our first night there so we'd have a chance to eat it all before leaving. Nice gesture nonetheless. Overall this was a really great place to stay and I would highly recommend staying here and we would not hesitate to stay there again ourselves if we ever find ourselves back in the area again. You can book with confidence here.

This was a great place to stay! It is located in the heart of Rome and is walking distance from almost any attraction in Rome. The included breakfast was great and the wait staff was very helpful. The rooms were a a bit small but the bathrooms were clean and modern (we were hardly in our rooms anyway). Great value and tremendous bang for your buck!

We were welcomed and taken care of the entire stay at Hotel Barocco. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and even though small (as most are that we've stay in when traveling in Europe) is still quite comfy. The bathrobes were wrapped with a ribbon and attached was a beautiful fragrant lily on each side of the bed. Fruit was brought to our room within minutes of our check in and you know it was fresh. The breakfast was a wide variety of things and eggs were cooked to order.

It was a welcome treat to stay in a place were everyone was so nice even down to cookies in our room the night before we left.
We found it was very quiet all the time. Never heard traffic or chatter in the halls.
