The hotel staff are brilliriant, friendly and very helpful. Reception staff are always on hand and want the best for their customer. The waiters in the restaurant are extremely aware of customer needs and one in particular, Maurizio, needs to be mentioned because he is a talented young chap who loves to serve and loves people to enjoy their experience, including the food he cooks when required. He is a hardworking and passionate individual who is dedicated to making sure customer is king.
The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and whilst there are no tea making facilities, there is everything else you could need. The room we had, had a small juliette balcony but overlooked a child play area which is fine but nothing to shout about. The real deal is in the city sights and lots of walking is involved so take flat shoes because there are a lot of cobbles. Dont take a taxi unlesss you absolutely have to, the Metro is just fine.More
