Interesting hotel, good rooms if a little pricey for the area, excellent staff. I just wish that the hotel could have mentioned the state of the renovation going on around the floors the hotel use. The lift is also unacceptable and frightened our wives who then had to climb 5 floors every time we left or returned. The breakfast was a poor start to the day too

Even being in a brand new room , the hotel was being restored, what was not told before the reservation. The service was not so bad, we saw the employees effort, but the hotel has not many prepared staff enough.

superbly located right near the Spanish steps and Rome's main shopping district. A light walk to the Borghese gardens if shopping is not your thing.
Rooms are decorated in a modern-style which are neither overly stuffy or wanting.
the lift to the rooms is a little squashy if you have a lot of luggage but it's no bug deal.
breakfast for Italian standards was great- good selection of sweet and savoury, plus fruit, yoghurt and eggs.
Staff were helpful and adequately friendly.

Location is perfect, walking distance of all what you have to see in Rome, the rooms and bathrooms were very confortables, clean and new furniture, breakfast included was very good also, the only thing is that the hotel is located al the fifth floor of a offices building and the elevator is really slow and small, but if I go back I"ll stay there again

Room Tip: The fifth floor is better, the fourth is part hotel and part offices, they are planning to take the...

bad : pay attention when you arrive, you can walk past the entry of the building without seeing it. The hotl desk it at the 5th floor of the building. very small elevator. Small breakfast roomn with poor choice of dishes. Quadruple rooms are small.

good : the receptionist speaks fluently english and french, the hotel is modern. Single and double rooms are quite big for this kind of level of rooms in ROme. Bathrooms are well equipped and big. Rooms are modern. Wifi in rooms. Flat TV screen but only one french channel (it doesn't matter since you're not in Rome to watch TV). Our shower was not working but it has been repaired very quickly. As everywhere in Rome, some noise coming from the street but double-glazing is efficient. Very good location near Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso and Borghese Garden.
