Simply a treat. The decor is romantic and Italian to the core. The rooms offer high ceilings and the ones facing the square have a beautiful and monumental view of the Pantheon. The staff is very service minded and accommodating. They offer solid advise as to where to eat, drink and enjoy coffee. The breakfast is sublime and the one waiter makes the best coffee we had anywhere during our stay.

The area surrounding the hotel is buzzing with shops, restaurants and you are within easy walking distance from any where. If it's raining you can enjoy a nice gelato at one of the restaurants on the square and watch as street merchants give a lesson in supply and demand trying to sell their 5 EUR umbrellas for 15. Be smart and borrow one from the hotel they have plenty and are happy to accommodate.

While the decor is romantic and lush. I found the bed to be very hard and spent most of the first two nights dreaming of a top madras to take away the feeling of the springs. That being said wine is cheap and plenty...

The hotel was immaculate in the reception, bedrooms and breakfast are. The staff were warm and welcoming and gave great service. The central location made it easy to get to all the major museums and churches on foot. Would definitely recommend.

We love it, we got there without a reservation. They let us see the rooms and pick one. We had a view of the plaza and we woke up to this awesome classical music form a musician on the street, we had dinner 3 times around the restaurants there, it was really animated, but still relaxing. The people at the hotel had an awesome service and everything was very clean and love the decoration with gold accents. Would stay there again for sure.

Room Tip: pantheon view and plaza, love it

This hotel is simply fantastic. Yes the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Rome on foot but the staff are out of this world.

Located right beside the Pantheon you can walk to all the sites in minutes. The breakfast is good and the bar ok. What makes this hotel special is the staff. From check in to check out all of them were superb and more than happy to offer help with directions and recommendations.

We stayed on the first floor which was quite noisy so try and stay higher if you prefer the quiet but room was spacious (considering central location) and clean with a turn down service in the evening.

We very rarely re-visit places but can't wait to visit Rome again and will definitely be booking this hotel for our next trip.

Room Tip: Higher room the better as it can be quite noisy on lower floors

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights in March 2015.Hotel has very good location ,it is located on Pantheon square .It was very easy to reach all tourist destinations.30 Min to walk to Vatican museum and other museums even closer 10-15 min. Staff was very good. Hotel was clean.
But main disappointment was our room 320.It was very small room with view old not repaired wall. There is not enough room for 2 people ,you need to wait to pass if you going in bathroom..We had small chair in corner ,when you are sitting in chair and you have TV on your head.
Hotel doesn't have any sitting area, As our room very small we would like to sit down somewhere to rest. It is not very relaxing sitting in chair with TV on head-))
Breakfast was good ,It is continental breakfast mainly .
Other reason as I valued this hotel average .Lift was very slow and don't work sometimes .But if you use stairs you meet painter doing decoration there.
I think this hotel was very overpriced for the room which was provided to us . I cant judge other rooms .But please don't take room 320-))
