“Go there, throw your coin, take a picture and have some gelato.”

I think it is a must see, and it is a beautiful fountain. There wasn't much else to do once you saw the fountain and took the requisite pictures.

“Not the romantic image it conjures from the photos”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 June 2012

Noisy, a bit dirty and whilst we were there someone attempted to steal coins from the fountain floor.
It was impossible to spend any more than a minute or two close to the fountain and throw your coins in and be alone with your thoughts.

“You'll see "more" than three coins in this Fountain...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 June 2012

Simply gorgeous and worth braving the crowds, this Fountain is an incredible sight. This was my second visit to Rome and had missed this on the prior visit. So glad that I braved the wall to wall people to see the Fountain first hand. Yes, there were peddlers hocking things and unfortunately a member of my group was pick pocketed but so long as you are careful about your surroundings it's a "must" see...

This was a wonderful piece of architecture but the crowds of people put me off.

“Must See”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 June 2012

You can't come to Rome and not throw a coin in the fountain! The architecture is incredible and day or night this fountain is a must see. Plus the best gelato places in town are nearby.
