“Best Piazza”
Reviewed 10 August 2012

For me, Piazza Navona was the best outdoor seating/dining area in Rome. I went there day and night times and it was beautiful every time. Filled with restaurants.

“Wonderful spot”
Reviewed 10 August 2012

Recommended to us by a friend but well worth a visit. In the height of summer, there was no shade from the relentless sun but lovely places to have a drink and ice creams around the square.

“Lots of people, wide open and HOT in the summer”
Reviewed 9 August 2012

If you're visiting in the heat of the summer, the Piazza Navona is better seen at night when it's not a WHITE HOT scalding piece of marble. It's beautiful, filled with fabulous restaurants and artists working and who will paint your portrait. Good anytime of the year, but in the summer, who can appreciate any of its magnificence with the sunlight off the white marble is blinding you? Take it in during the evening hours instead.

“The most beautiful piazza”
Reviewed 9 August 2012

Admire the work that two rivals and great masters left at the lovely Piazza Navona. Bernini's Fountain of the Four Rivers (the Nile, the Ganges, the Danube, and the Rio de la Plata) and Borronini's facade of Saint Agnes in Agony. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing maybe with the idea of the four great rivers flowing at the same accord.
