second time we've stayed here and it feels like a comfortable and safe place. In the heart of Trastavere which is one of the older parts of the City and full of character. Great Food and bars nearby.
Apartments are clean Sabrina is a delightful host, a great place to base yourself if you dislike soulless hotels in the'heart' of the City.

Stayed at the Victoria apartment 14/21st June. Sabrina booked our car transfer from the airport so knew our ETA but no one there to greet us at the apartment, called to say we were standing outside in the baking hot sun and Sabastian arrived on his bike after about 15 minutes. Showed us up to apartment, first glance looks good, but when unpacking realised there is no wardrobe/hanging rail or chest of drawers, or mirror in the second bedroom where my grown up daughter was sleeping, and only a hanging rail with mirror behind in the main bedroom. No Italian lady would suffer this in her home. Still can't use powder drawer on washing machine owing to cupboard frame, not enough crockery, no wine glasses only tumblers, 4 light bulbs not working. Most things in apartment were bought from IKEA would suggest owner goes back for more supplies. Most worrying was there is no fire extinguisher or fire blanket in the apartment, I would have thought that this would have been mandatory. Location was excellent, Rome as ever a great experience will visit again but stay somewhere else.

We stayed here in June (not sure why my original review did not post) and I have to say we were so happy with the apartment.
We booked via Booking.com, but contacted Sabrina direct to query a few things, and she was fantastic! (We also took her recommendation of using a prebooked transfer, and yes, a bit dearer, but worth it with two tired kids. The driver also called ahead, so Sabrina was there to greet us and hand over keys). Very welcoming.
The apartment is upstairs, no lift - so not good if you have a lot of heavy luggage, but we were fine.
Very well equipped, and surprisingly quiet for such an incredibly central spot. Within walking distance of Piazza Navona, Vatican etc. the last time I stayed in Rome, I paid a lot more and didn't have the facilities or peace that this apartment provided.
Cool, quiet and central - so perfect.

While in Rome for a wedding in October, we stayed with Sabrina at Cedro 21 for the second time in three years. First, dealing with Sabrina is hassle free. Second, the location is absolutely ideal. Getting there from Fiumincino is easy: take a train to the Trastevere stop and then hop on the tram right outside the station and head north in Viale de Trastevere for several stops.
Trastevere is the section of Rome that reminds us most of the East Village where we live. Cedro 21 is a few hunded meters from the lively Via La Scala section so it is quiet. But within minutes you can be at the Piazza de Santa Maria or crossing the Ponte Sisto to head to the Piazza Farnese, Campo di Fiori, Piazza Navonna and beyond. Third, the apartments are absolutely spotless and the beds comfortable. The only improvement I would recommend would be having some essential cooking essentials in the larder such as sugar, olive oil, etc. and a larger moka for coffee making. But Cedro 21 is a great place to call home when visiting Rome for more than two days.
