Thank you Luca and Andrea for making our first stay in Rome so enjoyable.
We loved the room, the location and all of the great tips for getting around Rome.
Especially the restaurant recommendations which meant we were welcomed like family friends whenever we arrived at a restaurant and never felt like tourists.
For anyone who doesn't speak Italian or who feels they can't communicate there is no need to worry as Luca takes all that anxiety in his stride by providing the best advise and service imaginable.
Arriving back at Rome Armony after a day sightseeing, Luca would be there to hear about our day and offer ideas for the next one and give restaurant choices and even arrange tickets for places we hadn't managed to book ourselves.
We loved the breakfast cafe and the wonderful and friendly people who worked there. A great start to each day.
Once again thank you Luca and Andrea and we look forward to visiting you again.

Lucas B&B is really a great place for exploring Rome. The rooms are really comfortable and modern, the breakfast is delicious but do not expect a large buffet because it's a typical italian one (coffee, croissants, cakes). The B&B is situated in a nice and central area (great for tours in all directions).

Each time when you arrive or leave the Armony Suites you get warm words, great advices where to go, what to eat or you just talk a bit about whatever. Luca really loves what he is doing and he is doing it with all possible passion you can imagine. We had a really wonderful time in Rome, explored nice areas and ate wonderful italian / roman food. Each advice seemed to "fit" better than the one before. Luca you are really the man! To close with your favorite sentence "Believe me it's great!" :)

Where to start!? Throughout our stay in Italy for our three week honeymoon we were lucky enough to experience some of the best service we've ever had, in a lot of places that came in the form of local tips and advice. Luca at Armony Suites surpassed all of them. The apartment was easy to find and Luca's son greeted us in his absence. Luca came back afterwards and very kindly waited for us to get settled in and shower before giving us an ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT introduction to Rome.

He talked us through local sites and the best times to visit, he showed us Roman delicacies, told us where to try them and even booked us a table at a restaurant on our first night, he gave us detailed and un-daunting advice about where to visit and when, informing us of the best places to see at night, He also booked us a visit to the Vatican Museum. Given that we only had one full day in Rome, we really did get the most out of the city and all thanks to Luca's passionate advice, you really can tell that he loves what he does as much as he loves his Rome!

The room was a superior suite, the bathroom was fantastic and the bed was huge! The air conditioning was invaluable and everything was just right! I would stay here again and again. It is quite comfortable and well positioned to explore Rome without being too loud and central. It felt extremely safe and welcoming.

Absolute winner and very well deserving of it's high praise.
Ruth and Tim

Room Tip: The superior suite was excellent.

If you want to see Rome like a Roman, there is no better place to stay than Armony Suites. Luca is the ultimate host with a passion for his city, it's culture and for his guests to see Rome the right way. We had no need for a guide book because Luca took care of everything.

Each night he sent us to a 'Roman' restaurant, one that cooked Roman style, and each night seemed to be better than the one before, and they all blew us away. Luca told us where to get the best pizza, and sandwiches, and always we were extremely happy with his choices. I kept telling my wife, 'have trust in Luca' and by the 2nd night, she saw why i was telling her that. We loved every place he sent us.

On top of this, Luca set us up with Jim who took us on a walking tour of Rome. He normally did a half day tour but we were lucky enough to be his 1st full day walking tour. When i say lucky, i mean LUCKY! Walk It With Jim is the most amazing way to see Rome. Jim is an English archeologist who has lived in Rome for 20 years and 'Jim Knows Roma'. On top of all that, he is an incredibly warm, funny and brilliant guy who you feel like you have known all your life. And i plan to from now on. 95F outside and we made it thru because Jim is just fantastic.

Finally, the B&B is modern, impeccably clean, with all conveniences you will need including Free WiFi. If you stay at Armony Suites, you will know you are at the BEST! Thanks Luca!

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 1 and it was perfect. I clicked Excellent on everything because it was but i also clicked it on swimming pool by mistake. There is no pool in a b&b but you knew that. :-)

I would never stay at any other location in Rome. The location was perfect, room was beautiful and the service Luca gave us was Superior. Anything that could go wrong did and Luca solved every like a pro from lost suitcase at the port, health issues and just a million details you don't know when in a foreign country. His personal touch and knowledge of the town made our stay very enjoyable. I will return to Rome and the only place I will stay is Armony Suites. I will also recommend this facility to all my personal friends and family. When planning a vacation try to miss May 1st if you can help it.....It is a major holiday and alot of the important places were closed. We stayed 3 days from April 29th thru May 2, 2012 and look forward to coming back....Thank you Luca Dena and April
