This hotel is in a great location (very near the train station or a EUR40 (45minute) transfer from the airport)
The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
The vending machines supply everything you could want or need and the self service bar is a fabulous idea. Reasonably priced drinks and snacks
I would definately recommend this hotel or use again myself.

We stayed at the IQ hotel for 3 nights on our way to Sicily. We found the hotel to fit our needs very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We payed 10 Euros for the continental breakfast and it was well worth it. In my opinion very good value for the money. We also used Real Rome Tours so we could see Rome in the short time frame we had. A great tour company...especially Fernando. They specialize in tours that cater to less that 12 people. Best of all every tour we went on there were no lines to wait....That was awesome!

As an American, I must admit I am spoiled and expect a lot from a hotel. We were treated respectfully and kindly by the staff. We arrived before check in and the hotel was very accomadating on storing out luggage under lock and key. The hotel is modern. The rooms (we stayed in a room with a king bed (2 singles pushed together) and 1 single bed for my mom) were kept very clean. My husband has back trouble and found the beds to be comfortable. When we asked for extra towels or toilet tissue, the staff was very accommodating. The rooms have safes and when we were unable to get into ours, the staff came quickly to open. As in most hotels, only very small bars of soap were provided and as in Paris no wash clothes so bring your own. The breakfast buffet is self serve and is very very nice. Again, the staff in the dining area were very
welcoming. We highly recommend this
hotel!

Our stay at the IQ Hotel Roma followed a 10-day Mediterranean cruise and was a nice end to our vacation. The hotel was very clean and modern and the front-desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel i s conveniently located to most tourist spots and , given the advice of the young man on the desk., we hopped on the subway to reach the Vatican Museums and the Sistene Chapel. Would defiinitely use this hotel again. The only negative was the restaurant down the street that offered a dinner deal for 19 euros - I had to argue with staff to get the price - the service was t errible and the waiter was rude- also street vendors were annoying. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else.
