I loved the room. It was cosy and very clean. The owner also took care of his guests by providing them with a fridge full of drinks and a basket with snacks. The place has a great location. It's near the Termini station and close to famous Roman landmarks, e.g. the Colosseum. The street where the B&B is situated has lots of shops and nice bars. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Wonderful B&B very well located. Not too far from Roma Termini and Cavour Subway. Few blocks away from Roman attractions and restaurents.

Very clean, well decorated room and there is WiFI and a laptop available if needed, which is not common to B&B's.

The owner is very kind and is very open to help us and do everything he could to accomodate its guests.

We had a short stay in Rome, but we could not have asked for anywhere better to stay. The B&B was located very close to the Coliseum and Roman Forum, St. Peter in Chains Church, and many great restaurants. The B&B itself was a very modern. It is a clean, private apartment with wonderful beds, TV's, a kitchenette, and fully stocked breakfast goody basket which we supplemented with fresh fruit from the small market just across the street! Although it is on a busy street, it was amazingly quiet! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Rome!

Domenico spared no expense to provide a great B&B space: the most comfortable bed (new king with real mattress) I have had in my month in Italy,by far. Our 2 room suite had a table and chairs, and couch in one room with a sleek hidden kitchen: sink, stove, waste basket, etc, all hidden behind well designed modules. He even provided a new kourig expression/cappuccino machine with coffee. A beautifully tiled modern bathroom with baskets for storage. Our bedroom also offered plenty of storage space. Very clean, with sparkling floor tiles. Fruit stands and restaurants begin a few doors away, yet quiet at nite with triple pane windows. Not much street traffic after dinner. Easy walk to main bus/train station in Rome, but far enough away to be very safe at night. Can walk to many sights in Monti district, and further to many ancient sites. Owner works in his own leather shop a few doors down every day from 7 to 7, offering his availability. (His and his wife's designed bags and jackets are to die for!!) thank you, Dominico!

This was more than a B&B, it was the size of an apartment. On the first floor, you only had to g up three steps and then there was a lift. This was great after a day spent sight-seeing. On opening the door, there was a small foyer. This opened onto a sitting/dining room. There was also a large bathroom and a bedroom. In the bedroom was a double bed and also a large sofa, capable of sleeping two. In the sitting room was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Water, milk and juice was provided, as was the food necessary for a European breakfast. This B&B was centrally located, giving easy access to the Termini station, metro and bus lines. The colesseum is just a short walk down the road, as are many of the other ruins.
