Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We were very happy with the apartment which had great air conditioning and very spacious. The service was great, especially Juan from reception, and the girls serving breakfast in the dining room. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with great Italian coffee :)

The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the windows is not very good so it gets noisy at night with traffic and emergency sirens going through the night. Also, they should replace the old and smelly tea towels. But, I would still stay here because of the great service, central location and lovely breakfast.

Room tip: Location is quite noisy as there seem to be lots of emergency vehicles using the main road near the hotel with their siren blaring.

Went for cheapest level room (with no window) which didn't bother us but the room was particularly small with barely any room to unpack or store our cases.
The check-in was one of the fastest and most efficient we've ever had, an very friendly.

Positives:
1) Location - can't be beaten. Dead centre of everything, and easy walk all over Rome. 2 mins to Piazza Nuovo, and 5 mins from there to Pantheon. 30mins to Colesseum.
2) Shower is really powerful and hot
3) Fridge and safe in room
4) Breakfast (cereals, fresh bread, toast, juice, freshly made tea & coffee, freshly baked pain au chocolate, crossiants, and jam crossiants, oranges)
5) Restaurant downstairs (Taverna & vineria). they offer 10% off A la Carte, otherwise they do a set menu for €20 which includes a selection of starters, mains, one choice of dessert, glass of wine, and water. The food was excellent, really tasty and piping hot, and really good value.

Negatives
1) Our room type was very small, but spoke to another couple who had an apartment and said it was massive, large bedroom, seperate lounge, kitchen etc etc
2) Noisy rooms aboves - because of wooden floors, you hear all movements especially furniture
3) Probably one-offs, but our a/c wasn't working for 4 of our 6-day stay. Also the wifi was down for 24hrs but was then fixed.

Getting there:
From the main train station, head towards all the bus stops, and find one fairly far along for H/64.
Buy a ticket from a little kiosk opposite for €1.50, and get on bus 64 (all seem to go same direction).
Really useful if you have Maps on your phone and you can plot exactly where you are and when to get off. Otherwise its about 15mins. Pretty easy, but it can get very full, so not the easiest with suitcases.

Room tip: Go for a room on the top floor to not get noise from room above

The location was great. Not on a main street. Not on a crowded/high traffic back street. Walking distance to a lot of what you want to see and do in Rome.

Jennifer was great to deal with before, during and after our stay. She was very responsive to our needs. Only need was really a shuttle, but she was still very nice and welcoming.

The apartment we had was room 300 and was great! Nice little sitting area with the kitchen. Great bed. Great air conditioning. Clean! Quiet!! Elevator!!!

The staff in the restaurant and cleaning were very nice, happy and seemed to like what they were doing. Something we did not find a lot of in Italy.

Breakfast was a good continental breakfast, with some of the best coffee we had on our trip.

My wife and I said, on several occasions, "we could live here". :)

My only negative item would be the wifi. It was a very weak signal and only worked in the kitchen area of the apartment and not in the bedroom area.

Highly recommend.

Thanks Jennifer and the rest of your staff!

Room tip: Top floor may be better so you don't hear people walking around above you, but I think they are all fine.

This was a perfect location between Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiore -- just a 5-minute walk to reach either one. Plus a taxi stand right around the corner and loads of great restaurants. We rented one of the apartments with a kitchen, full sized refrigerator, a small dining table and separate bedroom, nice bathroom. Plenty of room to settle in and feel at home. The beds were very comfortable. The staff -- (one hailing from California) -- was wonderful, providing lots of helpful info. Breakfast was enough to get you going in the morning -- some hard boiled eggs, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, etc. We felt very safe as the outside doors were locked after hours. This was the perfect place for touring the highlights of Rome.

We stayed in the two bedroom family apartment for four nights. This is a perfect location: around the corner from the Piazza Navona and practically across the road from the Campo dei Fiori. The two bedrooms are separated by a small galley kitchen and a small living area with a table and a few chairs. Our room had charming high wooden ceilings and French doors opening over a quiet courtyard. Our friends' room was equally pretty but came with some street noise. Bathrooms are modern and immaculate, and the beds were unusually comfortable.

We loved staying here. You have a front door key, as it's staffed only from about 2PM til 7PM. Staff is very helpful when they're here. The adjoining restaurant serves a nice breakfast. There is a small lift, which is great, since the charming, curving marble stairs up are steepish. We made reservations far ahead to stay here. Highly recommend!

Room tip: On the courtyard if you're sensitive to street noise.
