Quodlibet is an excellent, newly refurnished, well maintained, well positioned, well priced and friendly bed and breakfast. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in staying in Rome. Very close to the metro, a 24 hour bakery and the Vatican. The host pointed out some excellent (his favourite), many unmissable sights and the sights to avoid if on a shot time frame.

What can I add to the other posts? All true. Simply a great stay in Rome. Large quad room, immaculately clean, wonderful staff. Gianlucca was such a kind man for our departure, we had a sick 18yr old (food poisioning) and trying to get a taxi to the airport with a transportaion strike on. We was very calm and reassuring as he called multiple taxi companies. He even handed me a bottle of Chianti and thanked me for the time there. All folllwed by Gianlucca helping with us with our bags and speaking to the taxi driver to insure we were not overcharged for our ride to the airport.
The one note in true TripAdvisor fashion would be that the showers are a bit odd. The shower tub has a half partition and we kept getting the floor wet. No big deal and we would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: I Love Pizza on Via Leone has great pizza and was recommeded by Agostino. Though the girl at thte counter asked if I wanted to give her 2 Euros. Also, check out L'Antica Griglia on Via Dei Gracchi for a nice dinner in Rome within waling dstance.

We stayed here Summer 2011 which was shortly after all the rooms had been completely redone so everything had that "new" feel. I really liked this place-the guys who run it are both friendly and helpful with whatever you need. It's very close to the subway line, little cafes, shops, etc. There's also a delicious bakery open all the time right near the entrance of this place which was great for grabbing a quick snack on the go of sightseeing. Also made the stairwell smell delish. This is a high density area for student living. The neighborhood felt safe at all hours of day and night.

We stayed at Qudlibet for 5 nights in June and our experience was wonderful. The 'family' Gianlucca, Connie and Agustino have everything just right. From the moment we arrived and Gianlucca was so welcoming with cold drinks and biscuits, I knew I had made the right choice of accommodation in Rome. He was so informative about the city (not only telling us about the usual sites, but 'off the beaten track' ones as well). The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Breakfasts were quite delicious and plenty of it. We wish them every success for the future, they deserve to do well! Perfect location as well!

Room Tip: We stayed in 'Winter' room which was very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay our 4 night stay at Quodlibet. Agustini was very welcoming. We were greeted with water, juice and croissants as well as a map and some ideas on places to visit during our stay. The reception smelt beautiful! The rooms were nicely presented, exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast was served in your room. There was a shared kitchen which we could help ourselves too tea coffee and water. The room was a bit small but it had good air conditioning, and was very peaceful at night. You felt very secure here and it was homely. The other owner was also very lovely and friendly. The b&b was situated right near the metro which was very convenient and a short walk from the vatican. You are served the same continental breakfast everyday which consists of cheese, salami, fruit, croissants, toast& a boiled egg.
