I was walking this evening in the cozy street of Gaeta, looking for a Tiella. It was after 20:30 and almost all shops where closed. Finally, I found a bakery open. In entered asking " do you have a tiella of polipi?". The guy behind the table replied " yes, it's there; the last one, waiting for you! " . We had a chat about how to make a tiella, suggesting me to eat it rigorously at room temperature. Once home, we tried the tiella, which was very tasty. I will come back again, and recommend to try the products of this bakery.
