The location of this hotel cannot be beat, you can see it as you exit the train station. For its location, its surprisingly clean and fancy. The staff was very helpful, made calls on our behalf, called taxis for us, helped us with our touristy stuff. The Italian dismissive attitude needed some getting used to, but once we realised that the brusqueness was not directed at anyone in particular, the actions spoke very well to the staff's frinedliness. The rooms were large and adequate to our needs (we had two premium rooms), and the complimentary breakfast was great. Fantastic terrace top view and plenty of options for all our picky eaters. Fast, great wifi coverage. We didn't use the restaurant, but when we ordered takeaway from another restaurant and needed utensils and plates, the restaurant provided them to us with no questions. Also heated up the food for us when we asked and gave it to us prettily arranged in a tray. Very good service. We'd booked a day tour to Pompeii and Vesuvius and the pick up point was this hotel, so it was super convenient.
All in all, a great experience, esp when traveling with two kids and two senior citizens.

A wonderful oasis. Was so nice we never left until our cab ride to the airport. We only stayed for one day as our flight was for the next morning after touring Italy for two weeks.I wish we had time to see a few things around and in Naples. Next time.

The hotel itself is great. The main issue is its location is not stellar. However it is near the central train station which is convenient if you are traveling between cities by high speed rail.
Naples itself is very dirty and not worth visiting. I only stayed one night on my way back home from Positano and that was plenty!

Located near the train station, so not a nice part of town, though walking distance to some great restaurants. Wi fi terrible, service at reception is glacially slow and air conditioning in rooms was terrible. I think you can do better than this hotel is Napoli.

Central location - walking distance to the Naples Museum (well worth a visit). Room was comfortable and clean although lots of outside noise. Probably because it was a Saturday night. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room tip: Not facing into the Piazza

Dear Guest,
We would like to thank you for taking time to leave us Your opinion. This will help us to monitor the quality of our services.
We are pleased to see that you have a favourable opinion of our Hotel and that we have managed to satisfy all your needs. This is very rewarding and gives us an incentive to go on improving our services.
We regret very much to read that your complaint refers to the location of the Hotel and then to the outside noise. However, we wish to inform you that all our rooms have windows which have the function to isolate outside noise.
Obviously, as we stand at 200 mt from the central station, the heart of the city and the nerve center of all transport links with the most famous tourist sites, we can not consider ourselves located in a peaceful setting.
Once again, thank you for choosing to stay at UNA Hotel Napoli and we do hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel in the near future.
Best regards
