Nice lobby and front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and contemporary decorated in a minimalist style, but there no space in restroom for a toiletries bag. The a/c didn’t work, it was just heat. We had a patio which was nice, though I wouldn’t recommend keeping the door open at night. Lots of honking in the mornings from cars. WiFi is terrible with no connection our entire few days stay. There is no coffee in rooms, though there is a kettle for tea. The water in the mini fridge is not complementary, they will charge you (there’s no sign). The breakfast area isn’t open until 7:30am, so if you’re a coffee drinker .. be prepared. Breakfast is on the second level, the room is a bit dim. They have a good pastry breakfast, however, the eggs & bacon are not typical (light colored & watery). Staff are very courteous and friendly. Location is convenient right next to train station/Metro. There’s a back way that takes you directly to the hotel so you don’t have to walk the streets during the day or at night. They did recommend and booked us for a tour to Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius, that conveniently picked us up from the hotel, we loved it! Our tour guide Francesca was amazing! Naples has a reputation as I’ve read in other reviews and it’s true. It’s a good place to visit especially as a base for Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. Though it’s not on the top of our list to return to. The Stelle Hotel worked for us fine.

Hotel is in a great location just by the main train station. The road outside is busy with traffic during the day, but was never an issue at night - great tip is to watch the traffic from the hotel window - hours of entertainment!....the staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean - did have a couple of issues with a gurgling A/C unit one night, but was quiet after that. Breakfast was excellent and really set you up for the day. Would definately stay again.

This Hotel is an excellent and well run establishment. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the reception staff are charming, friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Particularly welcoming on our arrival on a very inclement evening was Gaetano, who took great effort to acquaint us with our location and points of interest for our visit. He was excellent and we really appreciated his welcome also we must mention Emiliano who also on other occasions went to help and assist us. Overall the staff and quality of this hotel is superb, and very good value for money. The breakfast buffet is adequate but could be improved by serving proper coffee rather than a self service machine and perhaps alter some of the choices day to day. But really for the price that is a small criticism. Also the location is perfect if you want to make an early start to Pompeii or Herculaneum or even to go on to Sorrento or indeed Rome or other destinations.

Hotel Stelle is a really clean and cosy hotel with a great staff. Interior is amazing, room was really nice. Breakfast was very delicious, tasty. I would totally recommend for everyone.

By the way: the neighborhood is the train station which is not pretty place at all.

Hotel is connected with the Napoli Centrale train station. Trains to major cities depart and arrives here. The train to
Pompeii also starts here. Hotel is walking distance to the Garibaldi Metro station line 1 & 2 which takes you to many attractions in Napoli. The bakery shop at the 1st floor serves good coffee and pastries. Beware that dine in prices for drinks are more expensive than take away. We sat down and drank our water but found out that they charge additional 50 cents.

The downside of the rooms are no racks in the bathroom for putting small toiletries bags. The floor is not carpeted and feels cold in winter season. Hotel staffs are quite friendly.
