If your looking for a warm and welcoming B&B then do NOT book this place. Very disappointed with our stay here and the welcoming we got from the owner. Everything we asked for seem like it was such an effort to do and getting breakfast before 9am when we were leaving that morning was an issue plus the breakfast was the worst we had had in Italy. No one was even around when we left to check out so we just walked out.. Would never stay there again...

Room Tip: book somewhere else....

I am glad of your review, but it is likely that you have confused our art villa for a hostel.
Unfortunately there are tourists who do not have an open mind towards the world and its realities. We are an art villa that combines tourism with contemporary art. Our guests love the tranquility and enjoy a stay in full autonomy and amenities. We are known with an apart-hotel design, but having licenses and bedandbreakfast vacation home, and we are not a hostel, instead as you imagined.
However we do not see the scandal in your comment. Those who book by us have another target and other requirements. But certainly we are not a hostel.
We welcome you in an exceptional way, through an overbooking, and for that you have received wide support. Our availability was kind and communicative, but you you seemed dark in the face as soon as you have crossed the threshold of the court, and especially not open to dialogue. So what we do routinely with our Italian and foreign guests.
Thanks for your consideration

We stayed here the first night as just married couple and we were impressed by the "confidential" and initmate atmosphere of the place.
It 'a villa which offers a beautiful view over the hilly, semi-rural area in the surroundings of Via Posillipo (you can also see the sea from afar, in addition to the campaign that still persists in this area of Naples).
We stayed in the attic, which enjoys a private terrace, air conditioning and a veranda.
The room is also air conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom. The décors reminds of a Parisian studio, in a combination of vintage and minimal.

We chose it for the particular style, ideal for a couple seeking an intimate, cosy and familiar environment, and for its special touch of elegance in its simplicity, which makes this place "special", out of any conventionalism.

The bed is comfortable and sleep quality is excellent as the villa is set far from the road and offers a surreal calm. Breakfast is "au panier", that is to say breakfast foods and beverages are brought every day and the guest prepares breakfast on his own, which gives makes you feel at home, which what we were looking for.
You can have biscuits, jam, milk, coffee, fruit juices. The room has a kitchenette and a refrigerator just in case.

We would return and recommend it for a relaxing and intimate stay with your bride/groom.

Residenza le Rose is very nice and quiet, a charming lighting´s play through the windows. This Art Villa is really furnished with artworks and the owner, an artist, available to questions about our stay. The studio with kitchen where we´ve been is delicious. The services are perfect, as cleaning, linen change and wifi connection free.

We stayed at Residenza Le Rose for one night. How nice! After wanderig around the historic center of Naples, we decided to go to Parco Virgiliano southwest of the city to get some fresh air. Then we discovered Le Rose! A scenic 20 minute bus ride along the coast from central Napoli, and completely worth it. Raymond and his daughter were very nice, and the place itself was very cool-y decorated with his photographs and other contemporary art and furnishings. A generous breakfast was delivered to our door in the morning. We would have stayed longer if there was time. Just up the street is a tasty osteria/pizzeria, O Scugnizzo (or something like that), so late night dining in the area is an option.

This was the worst hotel experience of our life. We changed two rooms, and both were terrible. The first was basically in the basement--damp, no air, no light, only mosquitos inhabit it. The second one was upstairs--better in that it was airy, with the two big windows, but still infested with mosquitos (the windows had no screens). The bathrooms were tiny and uncomfortable in both rooms. The towels provided may have well been old kitchen towels. The service was terrible. We left after 2 days and went elsewhere. They charged us for it, but at that point it was a bargain, as we would have paid any sum not to have to stay there another day.
