Looks like you're going into an old office building, but when you get off the elevator you are in a modern, bright, hotel.

The staff are wonderful. The receptionist/concierge gave us great suggestions for a day in Naples. Our room was clean and comfortable. In room amenities included Malin + Goetz toiletries (no conditioner).

I would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed at the junior suite for a few days while in Naples. Front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. Hotel has a nice rooftop and is very clean. Location of the hotel is convenient to the sites around and the port. We will stay at this hotel again should we visit Naples in the future. The junior suite is a corner suite overlooking the plaza. It’s very spacious and bright.

I was nervous that this wouldn't be a good experience. La Ciliegina hotel is located steps away from the Piazza Municipio and is a five-minute walk to the port. It is centrally located, being only two minutes from Via Toledo. Despite the bustle below, the room was deathly quiet and about as beautiful as you can expect in the heart of the city!

La Ciliegina's entrance is a little tucked away and you take an elevator up to the lobby (a new experience for me, but the other hotel in Naples was the same). From that point, they deliver on everything promised: it is impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable.

Although we had great weather, we didn't get the chance to spend much time on the terrace, but it was a nice touch.

If you are looking for a hotel with a central location and easy access to transit options, this is your place.

Recommended!

A cool relaxing oasis in this crazy but wonderful city, well positioned for visiting all major sites and near to many restaurants and bars. The fact that Municipio Metro station is a short walk away is a bonus. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The roof terrace provides a lovely space to relax or have breakfast with great views over the city and harbour. The breakfast offers a great choice of tasty food. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Getting taxis is a breeze.

After two years of waiting we were very excited to finally go to Naples and were certainly not disappointed. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff have been incredibly helpful since we originally made our booking in early 2020 and allowed us to move it to this year even though they were under no obligation to do so. The welcome we received was great, the hotel is beautiful and our rooms were very comfortable, particularly the bed, the location is also great with lots of excellent restaurants and bars nearby. We were lucky in that the weather allowed us to enjoy breakfast in the upper outdoor area - a tip though, don't leave food unattended because a seagull will help himself to it!
