We have just returned after 11 nights at the Hotel Bristol. What a wonderful hotel, superb views across to Vesuvius and down into Sorrento.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff were very friendly. Lots of different areas to sit and relax both inside and out.
Lovely quiet pool area pool seek out the garden near the crazy golf and table tennis, we went there and were the only ones there!
Rooms were fantastic with a fridge to hold your own drinks,we travelled with my sister and given rooms next to each other as my sister had room 810 which had the most wonderful balcony area with a gazebo for our early evening drinks. Reception was really helpful giving information about local buses, trains and boats to Pompeii, Capri and Positano. A little walk up the hill back to the hotel but this was welcome after an evening meal out in Sorrento.
We were bed and breakfast and there was a great selection for breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, toast. eggs and bacon were cooked to order.

All in all a wonderful hotel to explore the fantastic Sorrento and surrounding area.
We will be back thank you for a lovely holiday.

Room Tip: 810 for a fantastic balcony

My husband and I stayed recently, and we absolutely loved the hotel. It was for my husband's special birthday, and I had requested a suite with a lovely view, and champagne in the room. Salvatore and his staff made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, and I would not stay anywhere else in Sorrento! The views are unrivalled, and nothing was too much trouble. The only recommendation I would make is that there was more information in the room about restaurants and attractions in the surrounding area. But other than that. A perfect stay.

The Bristol Hotel is amazing! The rooms have beautiful views over the bay of Sorrento. The staff cannot do enough for their guests! From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left they looked after us like royalty! We will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a room with a balcony

Having read amazing reviews here we decided to book the Bristol for a week for our honeymoon & we are so thankful we did! Upon arrival we were greeted in our room with complimentary prosecco & a stunning view from our balcony thanks to a very grateful upgrade! The views are absolutely stunning! The hotel itself is not very modern but quaint in an Italian lovely way! The rooms are spacious & the cleaning service is very good! The staff are very friendly & the pool is big, only slight downfall is the trees block the sun for some of the loungers during the day so recommend getting up early to get a good spot if your a sun lover like me! We were half board & the option to swap dinner for lunch is very handy & the food is nice but not the best Italian food we had while here! This didn't impact our stay because everything else about this hotel makes up for it! Very close walk to centre of Sorrento! Recommend doing the walking tour at the start of the week to get your bearings! We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon here, thank you so much! We would definitely consider returning to this hotel!
