We went there for lunch before leaving Matera, and actually had to wait a bit for the restaurant to open, and we did well!!
Firstly, the waiter was very nice and polite, speaking a rather good English, and dedicated.
We ordered a mix of bruschetta as starter, and indeed, they were delicious. Good, fresh ingredients and very good combination of flavours. A lot of it as well!
As main, I had simple pasta with fresh tomatoes and parmesan, they were delicious, full of flavour, all you can expect for this staple Italian dish.
My partner had some steak with rocket and pecorino and said the meat was really good quality and cooked perfectly.
He had loads of it too and struggle to finish!
Lovely lunch, really recommend!
