We had a long drive to get to this restaurant. I had expected everything to be fresh from the sea. Imagine my surprise when all of the lobsters and shrimp were frozen. I had grilled snapper instead - and that did not appear to be catch of the day either. It was all very tasty, and the setting was great. Perhaps I went on a bad day. It was Friday for lunch. It was good but I cannot say it was amazing. In fact it was disappointing.

I lived in Jamaica for a year and during my last month there, my friends and I drove 3 hours just to go back one more time. It’s been over 10 years and I still think fondly about that outing and the food! It’s truly an experience to be out on the beach watching the catch of the day be prepared for you to eat. After dinner we took a long walk on the beach and watched the sunset. It was the perfect way, the perfect place, the perfect meal to say goodbye to a beautiful country. Highly recommend!

It was a last minute selection, have been there before and the service there is always fast and friendly

visited today,even though it rain like there was no tomorrow,the day was well spent,stopped by the Appleton rum tour first then went there for lunch,the food was amazing the bammies were just pure goodness the staffs were super nice caring and customer service skill a+. This place is famous and rightfully so, get impressively fresh catches here prepared any way in a casual dining setting! the a la carte Seafood in true Jamaican styles, was great. We loved the Crab in Garlic sauce. its a bit of a journey from where we stayed in Treasure Beach but if you have an evening where you can get an early start to dinner and a driver who knows the way, it is the perfect night out in Jamaica.
