We opted for this Westin, being familiar with the brand. This location in Valencia was perfect for us , being outside the city center, yet easily accessible. What an oasis! Old world charm with a Mediterranean terrace, featuring dining and music.
We were spoil with their salt water pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation room plus spa!
Arrived at midnight and the room has no air conditioning and can’t be fixed until tomorrow. Apparently the hotel is sold out and the attitude is “oh well”. If I could give zero stars I would, what a joke. I will most likely NEVER stay here again.
From the moment we arrived we experienced excellent service. Great location, concierge service was amazing and they made sure we knew where to go. Food of high quality, even breakfast with a wide range of choice. Well being centre was clean and the relaxation room was wonderful. Would highly recommend. We’re looking to book our next Westin holiday!!

Excellent experience, the hotel is near the old town, has large nicely furnished rooms, the staff is friendly, knowledgeble and easy to communicate with. The gym, salt water pool, sauna, meditation room, puffy robes other amenities are great after a busy day. All this made for a great stay. Price was reasonable also
