Excellent experience, the hotel is near the old town, has large nicely furnished rooms, the staff is friendly, knowledgeble and easy to communicate with. The gym, salt water pool, sauna, meditation room, puffy robes other amenities are great after a busy day. All this made for a great stay. Price was reasonable also
We were staying at Westin a couple of months ago, and we liked the cosy and clean rooms with modern amenities. The location is good if you want to visit the centre by foot. We really appreciate the service staff, particularly Florin, who went above and beyond for us to feel comfortable. We recommend Westin to anyone looking for an excellent vacation. We'll be back :)
We had a very good stay at this Westin - the Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Shower were the equal of every other Westin's in the heavenliness stakes! We were struck both by the beauty of the hotel garden, which is one of the loveliest spots we saw in Valencia, and the exceptional courtesy and friendliness of the front-desk staff and the concierges.
Excellent stay at the Westin Valencia for 12 days in July 24 for business and pleasure. Staff was so friendly and kind...especially manager Jon Anguera and all the concierges, and restaurant staff. The location was great...close enough to walk to old town or grab a taxi within 5 mins to go anywhere. I did the spa a couple days and it was clean and very relaxing. The massage I had was one of the best ones I ever had. No complaints, only compliments. I would not hesitate to stay there.
