I stayed here for a week with my 18 year old daughter.

We checked in at about 23:30. Check in was easy and Adrian did a great job explaining how everything worked. He also opened the restaurant for us once we’d put our cases in the room where there was a ham/cheese salad and a drink waiting for us.

Our room was clean, tidy and spacious. The beds are comfy and there is air con in both the bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. We was on the 4th floor and had a sea view which was great. The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard.

Breakfast is a selection of hot and cold food including sausages, bacon, cheese and meats. There is also cereal and fruit.

Lunch and dinner are very similar and can be often swapped around. The food is good quality, usually hot but can be warm and there is plenty of choice. I’m a fussy eater and was able to eat well throughout our stay. There is a good desert section and plenty of breads, fruit, etc.

Drinks in the restaurant are all self service with a good selection. There is table service for drinks but I think that was for the half and full board guests.

There are snacks in between meal times that are in the bar area. This is mainly things like chips, fish fingers, pizza pieces and cold food such as salad, meats and cheeses.

There is a good selection of drinks in the restaurant and bar area. The bar staff give generous measurements of spirits.

We went in early October so sun beds weren’t an issue. There is about 100 around the pool but no umbrellas, less than a quarter we’re in use when we was there. I’m not sure if no umbrellas is due to being later in the season.

The evening entertainment was good but we only saw a few evenings. It was fun but the bar area got quite busy towards 9pm some nights when it was on. The bar is a decent size so this wasn’t a problem.

WiFi is very good and works pretty much everywhere but is a little hit and miss by the pool area. It worked fine in our room on the 4th floor.

Check out was straight forward and we was given the option of a late check out or half an hour in a room for a shower before we got picked up for the airport. We kept our AI wristbands until we left.

All the staff are polite and friendly, a special mention to Gery who was always very polite, nothing was too much trouble for her.

There is a very small cove like beach just outside the hotel with the larger beach with sunbeds, etc about a 5-7 minute walk along the front. Two sunbeds and an umbrella is €15 a day. The beach is beautiful and well looked after with a nice, clear sea. There are restaurants, bars and shops all along it.

There is a boat service to Benidorm that runs on Monday/Wednesday/Friday which is €25 per adult. It leaves at 10am and takes about an hour to the old town, it then picks you up at 17:00. You can but tickets from the kiosk at the harbour or we bought ours from our travel rep for the same price. There is also a taxi option and buses/train.

Overall the hotel is spotless and the staff were all polite and friendly. We had a very relaxing holiday and we would certainly return.

Just back from a week at the hotel, had a spacious one bedroom apartment which was very clean and well maintained. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, we had breakfast and lunch in the hotel and there was always lots of choice and variety.

The hotel is well located for both the port and the busier centre of cape, with a good selection of restaurants and bars close at hand. I would particularly recommend razo and la romantica.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

As a last-minute decision and based on a low price, we weren't expecting too much from this trip. However, what a lovely hotel!
Immaculately clean, perfectly positioned and just a lovely place to spend the week.
The rooms were 'apart-hotel' designed, so as an all-inclusive visitor we had a vast amount of space. Food and drink were absolutely fine. Yes, the decor was a little dated and there is a lack of soft furnishing in the lounge/bar, but hats off to a lovely hotel for a perfect sunny week n September.

Room tip: All rooms are similar. Choose a Flamingo lake or sea view..both fab.

Had an inexpensive AI week from 8th September. Friendly check in and sent to 4th floor. Entered the room to smells of a recently, thoroughly cleaned room, you needed sun glasses to look at the shiniest bathroom floor. The cleaners were some of the best ever, you never actually saw them! Rooms are a little dated but that suits us because they tend to be bigger and this room was huge. Even though AI you have a sitting room, dining table, kitchenette and large balcony... perfect. All staff were lovely, food was good although only warm but there are microwaves available. Drinks were excellent with the exception of red wine served in the dining room which was positively disgusting and undrinkable but red wine in the bar was fine, so cottoned on to taking our own bar drinks into the dining room. Not sure why they’re serving such different wine yet all on AI. Pool area is quite nice, lots of loungers and one, small shaded area but no parasols. Great location with lots of choice for beaches, bars and restaurants all a short, flat walk away. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. Thanks.
